In short: we keep your name and email to send your download links, a cookie remembers your browser for 6 months so later downloads take one click, and we never sell or share your details.

01Who we are

Divi Design Kit (dividesignkit.com) gives away free layouts for the Divi theme. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to hello@dividesignkit.com.

02What we collect

When you sign up to download

Your name and email address. We create a customer record for you on this site so we can send your download link and recognise you later. You do not get a password and there is nothing to log in to.

When you download a layout

Which layout, the date and time, your name and email address, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us count a download once per visitor per day; the IP address itself is never stored.

When you use the contact form

Your name, email address, subject and message. They are sent to us by email so we can reply.

To stop abuse

For one hour after a signup, we keep a count linked to a hashed form of your IP address and of your email address, so the same person cannot send many signups in a row.

03How we use it

Only to send the download links you ask for, to let you download again without signing up, to count downloads (the site shows totals, never names), and to answer your messages. We do not send newsletters, we do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing.

04Cookies

The site sets one cookie of its own, svhq_dlk_member, when you open the link in your download email. It remembers your browser for 6 months so later downloads start with one click. It holds a signed reference to your customer record, not your name or email.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

05Services we use

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy. Our emails are sent from our own mail server.

06How long we keep it

Your customer record and download history stay until you ask us to delete them. Signup counts are deleted after one hour. The cookie expires after 6 months, or sooner if you clear it in your browser. Contact form emails are kept in our inbox for as long as we need them to help you.

07Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@dividesignkit.com from the address you signed up with. When we delete your customer record, your name and email are also removed from our download records; only the anonymous count remains.

08Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
